Premium mix for making red velvet cake, requires only the addition of eggs, oil and water.
The Example photo is a 2kg bag baked. For a 1kg bag it would make 2 x 8 inch cakes.
- Baking times are based on 4 × 8-inch cakes, using approximately 780 mL of raw mixture per tin.
- One full 2 kg bag makes approximately 3,130 mL of raw cake mixture.
- Once baked and trimmed, each cake layer is approximately 3.5cm high, creating a finished stacked cake approximately 14 cm high before icing.
