An all-in mix for a chocolate mud cake, with a dark crumb and sweet chocolate flavour. Just add oil and water.
Example photo is a full 2kg bag baked:
- 4 × 8-inch cakes, using approximately 825 mL of raw mixture per tin.
- One full 2 kg bag makes approximately 3,300 mL of raw cake mixture.
- Once baked and trimmed, each cake layer is approximately 3 cm high, creating a finished stacked cake approximately 15 cm high before icing.
