An all-in mix for the production of macarons, just add warm water. Provides stability during make up and produce sweet, macarons with a light and crispy shell. Ingredients: Sugar, Almond meal (30%), Whipping agent (emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids), Egg Albumen Powder, Maize Starch, Emulsifier (472e, 481), Thickener (1414), Salt, Vegetable gum (415), Acidity regulator (330) Contains Contains: almond, egg, milk, May be present due to shared equipment: gluten, soy and sulphites Storage: Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight. When using Liquid Colours, reduce the water by the amount of colour added. Total liquid must not exceed 210g per 1kg of mix. Due to the active ingredients in these mixes, we're unable to guarantee more than 3 months shelf life.
